Benefit:
The ingredient above has benefit as a body warmer, smoothen the blood stream that impacted to the menstrual cycle.
How to use:
peel wild ginger and turmeric and wash them. Grind all materials and add 1 glass of water (add a water gradually during you grinding the materials). Add sugar palm and tamarind as much as needed. Drink this ingredient once a day at the afternoon.
