Herbal Ingredient or Insomnia Remedies

People need to sleep. But if it become difficult, negative impact will be happened. When you be ailing of insomnia symptoms, here three herbal ingredients that be able to used as insomnia remedies.

1st Herbal recipe:
Wash a 20 grams of fresh nutmeg fruit (Myristica fragrans Houtt) without its peel, and then rasp it. Pour 1/2 glass of boiling water on it add a tea spoon of honey, mix it.
And drink it after it getting warm. This herbal ingredients is for once drink (a dose). You can drink it once or twice a day.

2nd Herbal recipe:
Pound about 2 - 4 grams of dried nutmeg finely. Pour 1/2 glass of boiling water on it. Add a honey as much as needed and mix it.
And drink it after it getting warm. This ingredients is for once drink (a dose). You can drink it once or twice a day.

3th Herbal recipe:
About 1/2 - 1 tea spoon of dried mace. Pour 1/2 glass of boiling water on it. Add a honey as much as needed and mix it. Drink, it after it getting warm. This herbal ingredients is for once drink (a dose). You can drink it once or twice a day.

4th Herbal recipe:
3/4 spoon of fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare Mill). be washed, and then rasp it. pour 1/2 glass of boiling water on it add a tea spoon of honey, mix it. Drink, it after it getting warm. This herbal ingredients is for once drink (a dose). You can drink it once or twice a day.

5th Herbal recipe:
Take a handfull of puteri malu. It about 25-50 grams. Boil it with 1 liter of water until it become a half. Add a honey as much as needed and mix it. Drink, it after it getting warm. This herbal ingredients is for once drink (a dose). You can drink it twice a day.
