Herbal to Facilitates Breast Feeding (enriching and increasing the milk in nursing mothers)

After birthing, if your breast produce not enough milk for baby, don't be worry. Here is a herbal ingredient to helps increase milk production in nursing mothers.

Recipe 1:

Materials:
a handful of katuk leaf (Sauropus androgynous Merr.)
a handful pegagan leaf (Centella asiatica L.)
2 fingers of wild ginger rhizome (Curcuma xanthorrhiza, Roxb.)
2 fingers of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma domestica, Val.)

Benefits:
Katuk leaf that is contents of saponin, favonian, and tannin substances, have been known as breast facilitator.
especially if being supplemented with wild ginger and turmeric that are contents of volatile oil, that will increase breast production. Pegagan has benefit to arise appetite that effect to increase breast production.

How to use:
Peel wild ginger and turmeric, and wash all materials cleanly. Grind them and add 1 glass of drinking water during the process. Mix and filter them. You can add honey or sugar palm with citrus fruit juice.

Recipe 2

Materials
1-2 tuber of Bidara Upas (Merremia mammosa, Hall.f.)

Benefit:
Bidara Upas sap content of oxydase, and it good for inflammation and swelling.

How to use:
Pell Bidara Upas, get its sap by rasp and filter it. Apply its sap to your breast once a day.

Recipe 3

Materials:
6 string bean leaf (Vigna sinensis Endl.)

Benefit:
Sting bean Content of protein, high calcium, phosphor, besi, magnesium, belerang, and vitamin B1, B2, and C that have benefit to menjaga breast production and anti-septic.

How to use:
Wash all materials cleanly and pound them finely. Get its sap by rasp and filter it. Apply to puerperal mother’s breast.

Be success in trying, and get a better breast feed quality. Please consult it with your doctor, and get their advice, if you're not sure.
